Muay Thai is a martial art form commonly referred to as “the Science or Art of Eight Limbs” because it makes uses of kicks, punches, elbow- and knee-strikes. Thus, there are eight points of contact to utilize for striking in combat. Over the years Muay Thai has become known as both cultural heritage and the national sport of Thailand. (60 Minute classes. Ages 15 and up)
